Holyoke Center Heating Policy
- Based on industry standards, the temperature range during the heating season has been set to a target of 66° – 72° Fahrenheit.
- Tenants may control the temperature within this range by using the thermostat in their office or area. Each click of the lever represents approximately a 2° change, with the farthest left position representing 66° and the farthest right bringing the temperature up to 72°.
- Tenants are encouraged to reduce costs and greenhouse gas emissions by keeping the temperature as low in the range as possible while maintaining comfort.
- Space heaters and humidifiers are not allowed in Holyoke Center.
- If there is a problem with your heater or your thermostat, please call the Holyoke Center Management Office: (617) 496-4400
- Tenants with special heating requirements must fill out a temperature exception form.
