University and Commercial Real Estate
Staff within U&C have become engaged in Harvard's first ever peer to peer resource conservation workshop. A number of small groups of building managers and property operations assistants are working together to develop and deliver target training to their peers on high performance building operations and maintenance. Group topic areas include lighting, HVAC, renewable energy, water, building envelope, commissioning and procurement.
If you are interested in joining a peer to peer training group in U&C contact the HGCI High Performance Building Service.
University and Commericial Real Estate can borrow interest-free dollars from Green Campus Loan Fund for investment in energy-efficient and environementally sustainable projects, typically with a high ROI. Read the related article in the Harvard Gazette to see how HRES U&C has made the Loan Fund work for them.
