Program Administration

The Student Internship Program provides departments and schools with low cost support to undertake inventories, research, feasibility assessments and trials aimed at achieving environmental impact reductions and increased operating efficiency. HGCI provides support services to departments for these projects, such as recruitment, administration, project management support, dissemination of results, and more.

HGCI Summer Internship Administrative Costs

Below is a sample budget for a 3 month student internship. Costs of running an internship may vary due to type of project work (i.e. lab work or special equipment may be needed to complete project work), level of intern expertise and education, and the role of a project-specific manager, among other considerations.
